Our Office Facility

Our modern orthodontic office is specially designed to provide patients, and the family members who accompany them to their appointments, with a safe, pleasant, comfortable and yet professional atmosphere. We are in compliance with all contemporary health care facility requirements (WISHA and OSHA) for sterilization and infection control. Our records procedures provide security in conformity with the HIPAA statutes.

As seen on the accompanying map, our convenient location is easily accessible from all the Seattle suburban communities surrounding the north end of Lake Washington – Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Kenmore and Lake Forest Park – as well as Mill Creek, Monroe and Snohomish. Our spacious office building has ample on-site parking.

Office Hours

For your convenience, we schedule patient appointments on Tuesdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and reserve limited appointments on selected Saturdays.

Fees and Payment Options

Orthodontic treatment is an investment in improved facial appearance and enhanced self-image. It can lay the foundation for a lifetime of optimum dental and oral health. We recognize how important it is for you to know what your financial investment will be as you make the decision to proceed with orthodontic treatment. We will provide an estimate of costs at the EXAMINATION APPOINTMENT and finalize that at the TREATMENT DISCUSSION appointment, taking into account any applicable insurance benefits.

Orthodontic fees cover a broad range depending on the nature of the individual presenting the problem, the complexity of its treatment and the time involved in its correction. For your convenience, we provide extended payment plans in which a portion of the fee, after an initial down payment, is payable on a monthly schedule over the estimated treatment duration. And we will assist you with your submission of insurance claims. Our Financial Coordinator is available to discuss with you payment schedules and options, as well as insurance matters, as you find necessary.
